Individual Therapy
Individual counseling sessions from the ages of preteen, teen, young adult, adult and elderly. These are aimed to relieve emotional distress and challenge a wide array of mental health conditions.
Couples Therapy
Counseling sessions will focus on building on already present strengths in the relationship and learning new skills in communication. Various interventions from the PREP and Gottman theories are incorporated throughout sessions.
Family Therapy
Family sessions are structured to build a new homeostasis within the family and strengthen healthy bonds within the family dynamic.
