There are so many amazing resources out there, though it can be a bit daunting to narrow some of those resources down. Whether it be a long day, difficulty managing sleep over the last week or general stress management here are a few guided meditations that former clients have found helpful. While meditation is not for everyone starting your self care with something small can make all the difference. If you would like additional resources please feel free to join our mailing list.

Body Scan

This meditation is presented by Dr. KJ Foster. It is a ten minute body scan designed to assist in reducing anxiety and increasing relaxation all while connecting you with your body through mindfulness skills. 

Imagery Meditation

This meditation is presented by Dr. Jennifer Wu. This is a ten minute guided meditation that focuses on building a safe, supportive and relaxing imagery of a beach. This is focusing on increasing relaxation and  practicing deep breathing.

Deep Breathing

This video is presented by TAKE A DEEP BREATH. This is a twenty minute deep breathing video designed to help build skills in breath work to reduce stress, raise your energy and practice self care.
